How Do I Contact Guests Before Their Arrival for Holidu reservations?

Here’s how to get in touch with guests who booked on other channels (e.g. VRBO, Holidu, Check24 or any other channel):

1. Log into your Holidu host account: Log in for hosts.
2. Go to the Bookings section (next to Home).
3. Select the booking and navigate to Guest Information.
4. Click Show More to access the guest’s phone number and email address.

• Reach out via WhatsApp, email or call them using the provided phone number.

Please note: Holidu is not obligated to collect guests' personal information on behalf of the host. If you need these details for registration purposes, we kindly suggest you contact the guests directly.
