How can you manage your collaborators?

Adding collaborators to your Holidu account helps you share responsibilities and manage your properties more efficiently. Here’s how you can add, modify, or remove collaborators.

Adding a New Collaborator

1. Log into Your Account

Start by signing in to your Holidu Host account and selecting the property where you want to add a collaborator.

2. Go to the Collaborators Section

In the menu on the left-hand side, scroll down and click on “Collaborators.”

3. Add a Collaborator

Click “Add new collaborator.”

4. Enter Their Details

Type in the collaborator’s email address and choose the permissions they should have:

• Property Configuration – Allows the collaborator to edit the property’s prices, amenities, and other details.
• Viewing and Creating Bookings – If you want them to view the property’s calendar, you also need to enable “See availability.”
• See Availability – Grants access to view the property’s calendar but does not allow edits.
• Distribution & Publication – Lets the collaborator activate and deactivate the property’s distribution.
• Mark as Secondary – The collaborator will receive emails and notifications for this property. Only one account can be marked as a secondary account.

Modifying or Removing a Collaborator

1. Select the Collaborator

In the “Collaborators” section, find the person you want to update or remove.

2. Edit Their Permissions

If you need to change their access, adjust their permissions, then click “Save.”

3. Remove a Collaborator

If you no longer want them to have access, click “Remove collaborator.”

Important to Know

Only the primary account holder has access to invoices and detailed billing information. However, if someone is designated as a collaborator on the account and has been granted permission to “Viewing and Creating Bookings” option, the collaborator will be able to see the payout amounts associated with each booking, even though they do not have access to the complete billing details or invoices.
