The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned studio flat with a jacuzzi for rent in Carcassonne.
It measures 25 m² and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living area with a TV, 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 single bed - A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, hobs… - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan and iron. Outdoors: - A hot tub with capacity for 3 people, open from 1 April to 30 September. - A 30 m² south-east-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A 50 m² garden, enclosed and not overlooked Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The studio is ideally situated in Carcassonne, in a very pleasant setting.
There is a football pitch, a pétanque court and outdoor play areas nearby. Activities: - A lake 100 metres from the house, ideal for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, walking, cycling and running. - Golf course 10 minutes away. - Sightseeing: the Cité de Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the Castles of Lastours, the Limousis Caves, the Gouffre de Cabrespine, Fontfroide Abbey… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park (up to 2 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Carcassonne railway station is 15 minutes away - Carcassonne Sud de France Airport is 7 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
