A two-room ground-floor apartment located in Pomonte, conveniently located just steps from the sea and near the Church of Santa Filomena.
The apartment is located in a quiet area of the town, about 100 meters from the sea. Two-room apartment, sleeps 2/4 The apartment consists of a living area with a gas stove and bunk bed, a double bedroom with a wardrobe and window, and a bathroom with a shower, hot water boiler, and a small window.
A washing machine is available outside, shared with the other apartment.
The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are paid public parking lots about 50 meters from the apartment, easily accessible on foot. A simple and functional solution for staying in Pomonte and enjoying the sea without having to use a car during your vacation. Amenities inside the apartment: - gas stove; refrigerator with freezer; mosquito nets on the windows; TV; Fan Amenities outside the apartment: - Shared outdoor washing machine with the other apartment; shared outdoor area with the other apartment Important Notes: - Groups of Young People under 21 are not permitted - Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; for check-in after 8:00 PM, a €30.00 surcharge must be paid directly to the owner. - Small pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee. - Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM). - Bed linen and towels provided by the owner: €40 for a double set, including single use (request at time of booking). Not bookable on site Key collection information: Check-in information will be sent to guests 48 hours before arrival.
