A 25-square-meter studio on the first floor (no elevator), ideal for two people, right in the heart of Perpignan.

The apartment will be ready upon your arrival: linens (sheets and towels) are provided for the duration of your stay, the place has been cleaned, and supplies are available for your use (coffee pods, tea, and laundry detergent pods). Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge is available throughout your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.
The apartment sleeps up to 2 people and is laid out as follows:
• A living area with a sofa, TV, table, and 2 chairs, and a sleeping area with a double bed (140x200 cm) separated by a shelf
• A kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, a raclette machine for two people, and cutlery
• A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet
A shared laundry room with washing machines, a bike storage area, and a shared rooftop terrace are available to make your stay even more enjoyable.
You can park your vehicle in an Indigo paid parking lot located 300 meters from the accommodation.
