Guests may drop off luggage from 11:30 AM (subject to availability) and are welcome to explore the city while the home is being prepared. For planning purposes, the later of either the guestâs arrival time or 3:00 PM is used for final preparation scheduling. The cleaning fee covers full property preparation.
No refund will be given for timing-related adjustments in same-day bookings.
If there are material cleanliness issues, guests must notify us promptly so we can inspect and resolve them during the stay.
