Located in Acquaviva di Montepulciano, a small village in Tuscany, Villa Pandolfina is a peaceful 110 sqm holiday home ideal for up to 4 guests.
Situated on the first floor of a semi-detached house, you reach it via an external staircase of about 10-12 steps.
Inside, you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at your disposal.
The private kitchen is fully equipped and includes a capsule coffee machine, moka pot, and coffee provided for your enjoyment.
Other amenities include private air conditioning in the bedrooms, a whirlpool tub, washing machine, baby cot, and high chair, making it perfect for families with children. Outside, you can relax on the private covered terrace and balcony, perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside.
The shared garden offers additional outdoor space to unwind and connect with nature. For parking, there is a shared parking space on site and the possibility to park on the street.
