This holiday home was completely newly built in 2023. Spread over approximately 133 square meters, it can accommodate 8 people.
The house is bright and stylish, and modern facilities are available.
The plot itself is approximately 636 square meters, and the newly built neighborhood exudes a holiday atmosphere with beautiful holiday homes.
It's about 500 meters to the beach, and you can get there by car, bike, or on foot.
Either through the beautiful footpath systems in the dunes or via a regular asphalt road.
The town center and shopping are about a kilometer away. Outdoors: Here, you'll find plenty of terrace space for sunbathing and more.
There's also a lovely outdoor shower that makes all the difference in the summer.
There's room for the same number of dining guests as there is inside, and plenty of opportunity to find a sunny spot when summer is at its most beautiful.
There is walking distance to the water and the town, and within a kilometer, you'll find a fitness center, padel tennis, a swimming pool, beautiful nature, and more! Bed distribution: 1: Double bed 160 cm. 2: Double bed 160 cm. 3: Double bed 160 cm. 4: 2 single beds, each 80 cm. The holiday home is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed.

Rent og ryddig. Bra beliggenhet i forhold til både strand og sentrum, med både butikker, restauranter og aktiviteter.

Et dejligt hjem væk fra hjemmet! Vi satte pris på det udendørs siddeområde, hvor vi nød vores morgenkaffe, De nærliggende strande er fantastiske, og vi havde en god tid med at udforske området,
