Welcome to this beautiful, newly built 65 m² apartment in the heart of Colmar’s historic center.
Located on the first floor of a quiet building on Rue Berthe Molly, you’ll enjoy a prime location just a few minutes’ walk from Petite Venise, the Unterlinden Museum, and the city’s main attractions. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests.
It features a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, refrigerator), and a modern bathroom with a shower. For your comfort, you’ll have fiber Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and fans.
Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included, and the beds are made before your arrival.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, shops, cafés, markets, and public parking are nearby. From the apartment, explore the cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, and canals that give Colmar its charm.
The city is also a great starting point to discover the famous villages along the Alsace Wine Route, such as Eguisheim or Riquewihr, as well as the surrounding vineyards and landscapes. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing, a romantic getaway, or a relaxing break, this is a comfortable base to fully enjoy Colmar and Alsace.
