In 50 m2 of space, it comfortably accommodates 4 people, with a double bedroom and two single armchair beds in the living room.
Private terrace with umbrella, two chairs and table.
There is one assigned parking space, subject to availability, inside the courtyard (NOT covered).
40 meters from the beach, the historic center is 20 minutes away by public transport.

Two single armchair beds, TV, portable fan, dining table and kitchenette complete with four gas burners, electric kettle, toaster, moka, fridge and freezer, electric oven, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
AC split. BEDROOM.
Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe.
AC split. BATH.
Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer, washing machine. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline. Terrace with umbrella, two chairs and dining table. - From Rimini station, you can take bus no. 11 towards Riccione until the “Regina Elena” stop, located right in front of the property.
Alternatively, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 25 minutes along the picturesque seafront. From Rimini's Federico Fellini International Airport, the closest to the city, it is possible to reach the property in about 15 minutes by car or taxi. If you are traveling by car, there is a assigned parking space, subject to availability, inside the courtyard (NOT covered). To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
