The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a rustic and functional style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the lake from the property and its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger and terrace.

Lazise, 72 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) in garage.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO₂ detector and a fire extinguisher.

allowed, EUR 25.00/pet per stay.

In summer: Vista lago di Garda 800 m in Lazise (beach 800 m in Lazise with sand and pebbles). Boat rental in Lazise 1000 m. Lake Garda offers a varied entertainment programme for all ages, such as mountain biking tours, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding or hiking tours. Free climbing and paragliding are also available to holidaymakers.
