Set within its own quiet corner of the estate, Pond Lodge looks out across a private pond with a pontoon stretching gently over the water.
Slow days can come easily here, from long lunches in the garden to evening dips, relaxing into your hot tub after.
Underfloor heating, a log burner and calm lake views make it a place to unwind, with time to enjoy being together, with your dog too. Guests have full private access to the lodge, including: ⢠The lakefront sun deck ⢠Private hot tub ⢠Private pontoon with direct water access ⢠Two kayaks for exploring the lake ⢠Check in from 3:00 PM ⢠Check out by 10:00 AM. You can arrive at your own pace with self check-in via key box, just give us a call if you have any issues. Dogs are welcome, though limited to one (for a £35 fee). Children are also welcome, provided they are confident swimmers and over 8 years of age. The property is not suitable for toddlers or young children. Quiet hours run from 10pm to 8am, and we ask guests to respect the peaceful setting: No parties, and no smoking indoors. The property isnât suitable for accessibility needs. Pets: Allowed.

We allow a baby only up to the age of 'in arms' due to health and safety reasons . Additional rules: The number of people occupying the house shall not exceed the maximum number permitted. We accept one dog. Please don't wear dirty shoes or heels in the house. Please inform us of any breakages so that we can arrange replacements for the next guests.
Please note that damage including bad stains on furniture which can't be clean may be charged to your card details which you have given to Airbnb. I loved this place. Communication was excellent with the host. I did feel like they were quite a few bugs and spiders around the house inside in the windows. I know this isn’t completely avoidable, but seemed like there could’ve been some spiderweb dusting that that’s my only feedback.

Wonderful welcome goodies, beautiful Christmas tree. Property had everything, shame it was as so wet as would have been nice to explore the beautiful surroundings.

We had a great time. Place was lovely. Such a beautiful place. Great having cooker, microwave, coffee machine as felt like home. Such a wonderful wood burner and views and hot tub great!!
