The apartment is a large two-room apartment of 70 square meters, recently renovated and developed on two levels: Living Area: Located on the ground floor, it offers a cozy living room and a full kitchenette. Sleeping Area: On the first floor there is the double bedroom, a spacious and private environment that recalls the typical style of houses in the village. Bathroom: Located upstairs, the bathroom has a shower box and is accessible directly from the bedroom. The apartment is air conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi and heating, making it perfect for any season.
The apartment is completely non-smoking. The location is strategic: the Old Town and the Tiberius Bridge are just a 5-minute walk away, while the beach is about a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute bike ride away.
The area is pedestrianized and very quiet, served by bars, typical restaurants and small shops, all easily accessible with a short walk.
