Cocoonr offers you this charming 160 m² single-storey house with swimming pool to rent in Mougins.
It sleeps up to 6 people. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and wood burner (wood supplied at extra cost) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath) - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds and en-suite shower room - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 12x5m², equipped with a roller shutter and open from June to September.
It is surrounded by a 126 m² terrace. - A 2,000 m² enclosed south-facing garden - A 24 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather The house is ideally located in Mougins, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Cannes about 8 km away - Mougins old town approx. 5 km away - Beaches approx. 10 km away - Visit the Pablo Picasso National Museum, approx. 9 km away - Visit the Château de la Napoule, approx. 10 km away Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (three spaces). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Cannes, 10 km away - Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur airport, about 27 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge (concierge / housekeeping service). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - The wood burner is functional and can be used in winter.
Wood supplied at an additional cost of €30/stay (hire and payment from our local service provider). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.
