This charming apartment is located in a quiet residential complex, only 100 meters from Lake Garda.
A minimarket and a bike rental are just 20 meters away. The apartment’s highlights include modern, functional furnishings and its proximity to the beach. The accommodation features a living room with air conditioning, dining table, and TV, plus a kitchenette with fridge, freezer, oven, and dishwasher.
From the terrace with dining table, you can enjoy views of the communal pool and the lake.
There’s also a private outdoor area with a sofa and armchair next to an orange tree, whose fruit is used to make marmalade. You’ll find one bedroom with a king-size bed, another with two bunk beds and a single bed (convertible into a double), and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A private outdoor parking space, private garage, and access to the communal pool with shower are available.
The pool is open from May 1st to September 15th. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. Please note: Before arrival, you must provide a valid ID for all guests, including minors.

Großartig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (alles vorhanden, sogar scharfe Messer) in toller Lage quasi direkt am See, zudem mit Pool in der Anlage. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und nette Nachbarn. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und hatten einen tollen Urlaub!
Man muss schon suchen um etwas beanstanden zu können. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem großen Bett geht zur Straße raus, was Abends sehr laut sein kann. Uns hat das aber nicht besonders gestört. Abends gibt es auf dem Balkon viele stechmücken, also Mückenspray nicht vergessen.
