The Augusta holiday flat is situated on the first floor of a semi-detached house on a hillside above Domaso on Lake Como.
The house stands on a private plot.
Steps on the side of the house lead round to the rear entrance. Guests are welcome to use the garden.
At the front of the flat, the balcony with a dining table invites you to linger and offers a stunning panoramic view of the lake and mountains.
To the side, there is a larger terrace with sun loungers and space for sunbathing. You enter the Augusta holiday apartment on the mountain side at the rear of the house.
On the lake side is the bright living and dining room with a balcony.
From here, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains – whether in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening relaxing with a glass of wine. To the side is the bright, modern kitchen with a dining table and a decorative fireplace.
On the mountain side are the master bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedroom, and the bright bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet. The apartment has classic Lombardy tile floors and is bright, spacious, and inviting throughout. The apartment is bright, flooded with light, and generously proportioned.
Its outstanding location is particularly appealing – both the town center and the beach are just steps away.
Diagonally opposite, about 20 meters away, a small footpath leads directly down to the lake and the beach. From there, you can easily stroll along the shore – towards Domaso or Gravedona – and reach various restaurants, the beautiful lakeside promenade, and the ferry, which offers excursions across the lake. The friendly and helpful landlord, Omar, lives discreetly with his family on the property above the house and is happy to answer any questions and provide tips. There is ample parking for your vehicle on the enclosed property directly in front of the house. The Domaso peninsula offers numerous swimming opportunities along gently sloping beaches.
The beach with its promenade between Domaso and Gravedona is only about 200 meters away and easily accessible on foot.
There are beach bars and sports providers offering surfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, and sailing/catamaran boat rentals, as well as bike rentals. Domaso: An old fishing village with picturesque alleyways, a long waterfront promenade, beautiful beaches, and a wide range of water sports.
The municipality consists of two parts, separated by the Livo River.
To the north are the marina, the waterfront promenade, and beaches with numerous sports and recreational facilities.
To the south are the waterfront promenade and the old fishing port.
The old town hall, Villa Camilla, is often the venue for enjoyable events for the whole family. waren über den 1. Mai dort, viel Radsport betrieben, Omar, der Besitzer ein feiner Kerl. hatte viele gute Tipps zum guten Einkaufen von heimischen Lebensmitteln bio oder von der Landwirtschaft. Ideale Lage, schnell am See, haben das Auto meist stehen gelassen. Nach Mailand am besten mit dem Zug ab Colico.

sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter - paradisische Lage, gute Ausstattung, schnell zu Fuß am See, super Garage auch für unsere Bikes und SUP. Hatten Pech mit einer Pizzeria im Ort, bestellter Tisch doch nicht frei. Guten Ersatz gefunden. Domaso hat eine wunderschöne Altstadt.

super Lage, sehr erholsam und der wunderschöne Blick. viel Platz und idyllisches Leben am See. viele Spazierwege, Urlaub typisch bella italia. Omar, der Vermieter,
zuvorkommend, sehr diskret und trotzdem disponibel, wenn man Wünsche hat.
