Ideally located in a quiet and sought-after area, this beautiful ground floor flat welcomes you for a stay combining comfort and a privileged setting.
Upon entering, you will discover a bright living room opening onto a spacious, fully furnished terrace a true extension of the living space.
Enjoy a pleasant view of the boat entrance, perfect for relaxing moments or outdoor dining. The apartment consists of: A separate, fully equipped kitchen for complete independence Three bedrooms: Two bedrooms with double beds One bedroom with two separate single beds A shower room with toilet An additional separate WC The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Important additional information: Wi-Fi included No air conditioning A mooring is installed in front of the house; however, it does not belong to this apartment and is not available for tenants This apartment is perfectly suited for family holidays or stays with friends, in a peaceful setting while remaining close to local amenities. New: Bed linen included if the booking is confirmed and fully paid at least 7 days before arrival (bed sheets and towels). For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, linen will not be provided. Please specify the number of beds to be used so that the appropriate linen packs can be prepared.
