Gîte des Lavandes This self-contained ground-floor apartment in a fully renovated villa is set on the hills above Nyons, in the heart of Drôme Provençale.
Surrounded by olive groves, it offers 70 m² of space, peaceful surroundings, a large sunny terrace, and breathtaking views of the mountains and rolling hills.
You can enjoy a range of activities: sports like cycling and hiking, as well as cultural discoveries (Vaison-la-Romaine, Grignan Castle, Mont Ventoux, and more).
The "Nyonsoleïado" water park is 4 km away.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven), a bathroom with WC, a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a small bedroom with two 90x200 beds, and a living room with a sofa, two armchairs, TV, free Wi-Fi, plus games and books for both children and adults.
On the terrace, you'll find outdoor furniture, sun loungers, an electric barbecue, a ping-pong table, and swings.
The garden is accessible but not fenced.
Pets are welcome.
There is no pool.
Parties are not allowed.
Bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided.
Baby equipment (cot, high chair, toys, and books) is available on request.
Garage access for bikes.

On a passé 15 jours dan ce gîte et c’était formidable. Chantal est très accueillante, tout ce qu’on en a besoin se trouve dans le gîte. Le soir la vue sur Nyons est féerique. Nous avons apprécié le calme. Merci beaucoup Chantal.

gîte avec une vue magnifique, grand jardin, belle terrasse, très bien équipé.

Une hôte très accueillante , un gîte très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut pour si sentir bien et le sapin de Noël dans le salon Chantal est très attentionné. Une vue à couper le souffle je recommande vivement ce gîte.
