Ideally located right in the city centre of Bastia, on the 6th floor of a traditional building with a lift, Casa Tony is an elegant, fully air-conditioned duplex with sea view, perfect for discovering the city on foot: the old port, shops, restaurants and nightlife are all just a short walk away. 🛏 Layout & capacity This spacious apartment has been designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends: Main level: • Cosy living room with open view • Fully equipped kitchen open onto the living area • Balcony to drink coffee outside (too narrow to eat) • Master suite with: 1 bed in 160x200 1 shower room with walk-in shower • Separate toilet Upper level: • Small lounge / relaxation area • 1 bedroom with bed in 140x190 • 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 • 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet ⚠️ Please note: The internal staircase leading to the upper floor has no handrail, which requires particular vigilance with children. 🌟 Comfort & amenities • Fully air-conditioned apartment • High-speed internet – fibre optic • Equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, bean-to-cup coffee machine, etc.) • Bed linen and towels provided 🚗 Parking: • No private parking.

En plein centre De Bastia , entre vue mer et sur les toits en lauzes ! Le dépaysement est direct ….
L appartement est très agréable , lumineux et spacieux .
