The house offers five large upstairs bedrooms (1 person per room - large beds for comfort), all with locks, double bed or larger, and are serviced by two shared bathrooms.
Access to an upstairs living room/TV room, kitchen and dining area and laundry (just for guests).
Limited downstairs access includes use of the pool and BBQ only. *Girls only for privacy and safety* Fantastic renovated luxury resort style house.
The space Large, ventilated, rooms with ceiling fan, super clean and with comfortable beds.
Guest access Guests can use the second floor of the house - area destination to guests - and access pool and BBQ area from the outside gate.
Off street parking Short drive to Fremantle, Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch University, Garden City, Applecross.
Great parks and close to river, so amazing spot to commute ridding your bike Close to bus stops and to Bullcreek station.
Other things to note Please drive safely and carefully when getting in and out or out driveway, street, as there are always kids playing outside.
