You will find 1 bedroom in a mezzanine sleeping area with a skylight and 1 bathroom.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, and the apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning, television, video on demand, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace.
Additional amenities include homemade olive oil, self check-in via smart lock, and a safe for your valuables. Step outside to your private uncovered terrace, perfectly furnished for relaxation.
The modern apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator and features internal stairs connecting the two levels, with the bright living area opening onto the terrace. Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for families with small children due to the presence of internal stairs.

For security reasons, all guests must send a copy of their identity document at least 24 hours before check-in. The apartment is just steps away from Teatro Politeama, Teatro Massimo, and Mercato del Capo, with public transportation nearby.
