We are located along Corso Italia, specifically at number 66.
The building, facing the sea, consists of several apartments.
The stretch of beach visible from the apartment is the one managed by the Mediterraneo beach club, while on both the right and the left there are public (free) beaches.
Being on Corso Italia means enjoying the convenience of nearby services: the nearest shopping center is less than 20 meters away, the town center is just a short walk away, and everything is within easy reach.
At Corso Italia no. 66, in a very central location, we rent a ground-floor apartment (slightly raised) in a seafront condominium.
The apartment consists of a spacious eat-in kitchen with large windows and sea view, one double bedroom, two small bedrooms, and a windowed bathroom with shower (small size) and folding shower enclosure.
AMENITIES: Induction hob, fridge with freezer, small electric oven, Bialetti coffee machine, TV, washing machine, 3 fans.
BEDS: The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with one double bed, two single beds, and one bunk bed.
The condominium offers direct access to the sea.
LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
Linen rental available: – COMPLETE DOUBLE KIT including bed linen, towels, and bath mat: €20 – COMPLETE SINGLE KIT including bed linen and towels: €14 BLANKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
