A comfortable and practical 40 square meters apartment, perfect for three people, located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator.
The property is located in the Navigli district, one of Milan's liveliest areas: guests can enjoy relaxing morning strolls or pleasant evenings at one of the many cocktail bars or restaurants nearby.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and small balcony.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, moka pot, kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, single sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the small balcony;
- BEDROOM with two single beds, dresser, wardrobe, and desk;
- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.
OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split in the living room and bedroom), central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, and hairdryer.

- There is no elevator in the building, so you will need to climb the stairs to reach the apartment.
