Tromsøysundvegen 34B Nord is a two-room apartment with hallway, bathroom, kitchen, living room and one bedroom.
Large sofa in the living room that can be used as extra sleeping space.
Also possibility to borrow extra air mattresses by further agreement.
The apartment also has an indoor storage room and a shared outdoor sports storage room.
These are locked and not used during the rental.
The appartment is located on Tromsøysundvegen just south of the Tromsø Bridge on the mainland; blue apartment building between the road and Tromsøysundet.
Our apartment is the northernmost of the apartments in the apartment building, the apartment closest to the bridge.
The apartment is located on the first floor.

Check-in: Keys to the apartment are in a key box outside the front door.
The key box is located to the right of the white mailboxes on the wall.
The key box is opened by entering a code followed by the unlock symbol in the middle.
You will hear a long beep when it is unlocked, and then you just have to open the box by tilting the lid down with the opening at the top from the sides - the keys are inside.
The code for the key box will be sent/texted to you before arrival.
Open the key box upon arrival and take out the key ring with the keys.
There are two keys on the key ring.
The blue "Northern Lights key" is the key to the front door to the apartment building.
This door should be open, but the key is there in case the door is locked.
Do not lock this front door while you are renting the apartment.
Go through the front door and Tromsøysdundveien 34B Nord, the apartment is straight on the right as soon as you enter.
Unlock with the other key on the key ring, which is the green "dog key".

Parking: The apartments are assigned permanent parking spaces in the large open space you come to when you drive down to the appartment area.
Use the parking lot for "34B section 5" on the parking map below, or use one of the guest parking lots.
During the winter period 1.11.-31.5. there is no guest parking.
Then park your car closer to the sea in space "32C section 9".
Internet: Wi-Fi network: Home_Net-5A9C85 Password: Tijcuvertov9 Sound and picture: There is a large 65 inch smart TV in the living room with a sound system (soundbar/subwoofer).
There is also a TV in the bedroom.
Washing machine/dryer (feel free to use - bring washing powder) Kitchen with various kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils.
The coffee machine uses Dolce Gusto coffee capsules.
Please bring coffee capsules if you wish to use the coffee machine.
Bathroom/toilet.
There are some rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom.
Bring extra if you rent for many days.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the bedroom.
Please bring toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo).
When checking out, sweep the floor/lightly wash and leave the apartment as it was when you arrived.
Lock the door to the apartment and put the key ring back in the key box outside.
Waste system: In Tromsø municipalities, there is optical sorting for all households.
This means that waste is sorted into colored bags and thrown into the same waste bin.
Clean plastic packaging is sorted into bags with purple dots.
Residual waste is sorted into inside-out shopping nets/white bags.
Food waste/biowaste is collected in a green dotted bag.
Cardboard, paper and cartons are collected in a blue dotted bag.
Glass packaging is placed in separate cans with orange lids.
Metal packaging is placed in separate cans with orange lids.

Sorting bags are in the cupboard under the sink in the kitchen.
You can pick up more sorting bags at Coop Extra and Rema 1000 in Tromsdalen.
Trash cans for the condominium are located outside between the apartment building and Tromsøysundvegen.
The fuse box is right outside the entrance door to the apartment – circuit breakers.
Shops and shopping centers are nearby, such as EUROSPAR, Coop Extra and Rema 1000.
The distance to Pyramiden shopping center in Tromsdalen is 1.3 kilometers.
There is a charging station for electric cars at Pyramiden shopping center.
Short distance to the Arctic Cathedral / Ishavskatedralen (450 m) and the Fjellheisen cable car (1.2 km).
There is a bus stop at the Arctic Cathedral.
Distance to the center of Tromsø is just over a kilometer, walking and cycling path over the Tromsø Bridge.
Foodora and Wolt offer delivery from restaurants, grocery stores and other stores.
