The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and lounge into an inviting space for spending time together.

In winter, the ski areas Snow Space Salzburg and Flachauwinkl/Kleinarl are close by, offering varied slopes, winter walking trails and tranquil snowshoe routes.
In summer, paths lead through forests and alpine meadows to beautiful viewpoints.
