The closest beach is Paralia Agioy Stefanou (350m) - just a 5 minute walk from the property, and then Kanali Beach 750m - a 10 minute walk, Paralia Mikro Neorio (1.5 km) a 20 minute walk or 3 minutes by car, or in the opposite direction Askeli Beach (1.4 km) a 20 minute walk or 3 minutes by car. As for local sights close to the property there is the Clock Tower of Poros (700m) where you can get the best view from the entire island, the old Windmill (600m) and a bit further (less than 10 minutes by car) the Sanctuary of Poseidon (5km) from antiquity, and the Monastery of Zoodochos Pigi (3.5km) built in 1828. The property is accesible by car or taxt and there is a public parking lot only 50 meters away. It is a 2 minute walk from the bus station (250m) and only a 9 minute walk (650m) from the Port of Poros.

L'accueil chaleureux et la présentation de l'appartement et de la maison.
L'espace généreux de toutes les pièces de l'appartement.
Les équipements utiles.
La luminosité dans l'appartement.
On ne peut rien y changer, mais dans la rue en dessous passent régulièrement des scooters qui vont vite, donc c'est un peu bruyant. Avec de nouvelles fenêtres, cela atténuera les nuisances sonores extérieures. À part les scooters, le voisinage est très calme.
De nouvelles fenêtres seront à prévoir également pour être mieux isolé aussi du vent ou de la fraîcheur (séjour en mars).
