The villa has three individually furnished bedrooms.
A master bedroom with a spacious bathroom and king-size bed, another room - also with a double bed of this size and one with two single beds, each with its own bathroom.
All rooms have cosy wooden floors.
The spacious living area, furnished with charm and humour, comprises a modern kitchen with bar, a dining room and a cosy living room.
From everywhere you have a great view of the outdoor area with pool and the canal behind it.
The terrace with heated pool invites you to relax, unwind and enjoy an evening barbecue. 11.5% tax (5% tourist tax and 6.5% sales tax) must be added to the rental price and the final cleaning.
These will be invoiced directly by the landlord 4 weeks before arrival together with the deposit and must be paid in advance; the deposit will be refunded after departure of the guests (after handing over the villa in proper condition).
