This detached family home is located on the west coast of Florida, just 30 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico with its enchanting beaches and fauna.
Cape Coral is located west of Fort Myers.
Fort Myers Airport can also be reached in 30 minutes, Tampa in around two hours and Miami in two and a half hours.
Air Berlin flies directly to Fort Myers and Miami from various major airports in Germany.
Swiss offers direct connections to Miami and Edelweiss Air from Zurich to Tampa.
The house was built in 2003 and was last completely renovated in 2016 with a lot of love and heart, so that it is now wonderfully bright and friendly.
With a living space of approx. 135 m², this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of six people.
The living/dining area has two leather sofas, a coffee table, a TV and a dining table with plenty of seating.
The open-plan kitchen, which is also located in the room, is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with frother (you will need the original Nespresso capsules for this) and a bar with three high chairs, leaving nothing to be desired.
One of the three bedrooms has a queen-size bed (1.40 metres wide) with a walk-through bathroom (bathtub with shower function, WC, washbasin, hairdryer).
The third bedroom also has a twin-size bed (1.40 metres wide) and a desk where children can draw and there is a toy chest for them.
The third bedroom has a double bed (two metres wide) with its own TV and a separate bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.
All bedrooms are equipped with walk-in wardrobes including clothes hangers and storage space.
In the small laundry room there is a new washing machine and tumble dryer, which are easy to use and free of charge.
A drying rack is available for drying outside.
The landlord is happy to provide you with a travel cot with changing mat, sleeping bag and blanket free of charge for very young children (up to two years), which can also be conveniently placed with the parents.
Heating, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available in all rooms of the house.
The spacious covered pool with bubble spa and colour show/night lights, as well as an extra play area with splash (low area, grey zone) for younger guests offer something for everyone.
It has now been completed and the first guests were very enthusiastic.
A barbecue with pizza stone, sun loungers and a table group with six chairs make the comfort perfect and invite you to enjoy a barbecue together.
You can also enjoy the beautiful Florida tropical fauna in the garden.
It is a non-smoking house, so please enjoy your cigarette outside with the doors and windows closed.
You can park your car free of charge in one of the four available car parks.
Pets are not permitted.
The landlords are looking for careful and kind tenants who appreciate the house and its furnishings and take care of it.
Great attention should be paid to the pool controls, as they have many functions and should remain in the house and out of the reach of children.
