The designer dream villa is situated in a fantastic location directly on the Caloosahatchee River, which flows into the Gulf of Mexico.

The only sandy beach in Cape Coral, directly opposite the yacht club, is just a 5-minute walk away.
Afterwards, you can dream away into the Caribbean sunset with a sundowner in the "Boathouse" at the Tiki Bar and Grill. These will be invoiced directly by the landlord 4 weeks before arrival together with the deposit and must be paid in advance. The deposit will be refunded after departure of the guests (after handing over the villa in proper condition). Electricity consumption is included.
