Baïa boasts a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Grande Plage and its sunsets. The accommodation comprises - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A fully-equipped kitchen area with a dining table, perfect for preparing your meals. - A separate shower room with shower and washbasin - A private balcony with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a coffee in the morning or an aperitif at sunset while taking in the magnificent views. - Separate WC When you stay at Baïa, you'll also have direct access to the residence's swimming pool (from June to September only) or to the Grande Plage. You'll be staying in the heart of Biarritz, in a popular and lively district, ideal for making the most of the city. - Just a stone's throw from the Grande Plage and the seafront promenade, perfect for morning strolls or sunsets. - Restaurants, cafés and shops within walking distance: discover local specialities, artisanal ice-cream parlours and designer boutiques. If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public car park close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Biarritz station, about 3.4 km away - Nearest airport: Biarritz airport, approx. 4 km away On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it, and who will show you the Basque Country as you've never seen it before! Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
