Bedroom 3: Two 90 cm single beds + storage space

The apartment does not have air conditioning, but includes 2 portable fans.
The accommodation is located on the lowest residential floor of the building.
One set of keys is provided.
Once inside, you may use the digital lock or the physical key. For hygiene reasons, no food items (salt, sugar, oil, etc.) are provided. Toiletries and consumables are starter amenities; if they run out, guests must restock as needed. Lost keys or lockouts requiring a locksmith → €150, payable before opening the door. 🧭 Access and Use You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment: Bedrooms Kitchen Living room Bathrooms Balcony 💬 Other Important Details Our office team speaks Spanish and English. We recommend communicating through the platform’s messaging system for quicker and clearer assistance. 🔑 Self check-in is available via digital smart lock — you will need a phone with internet connection to access the key. ⏱ Check-in / Check-out Standard check-in: 16:00 – 22:00 Early check-in (subject to availability): + €20 Assisted late check-in (only if a staff member must come to open the door): 22:00 – 00:00 → + €20 00:00 – 02:00 → + €50 After 02:00 check-in is not possible Check-out: until 11:00 🛡 Mandatory Registration & Security Deposit To receive the digital key, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in registration (required by law: Decree 1513/1959 and 450/1975). Not completing the registration will result in loss of the reservation and payment. A security deposit is required via credit card pre-authorization: The amount is not charged, only held temporarily.
