Convenient public transportation allows our guests to easily reach Turin's main tourist attractions. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and small balcony. National Code:IT001272C2HEX6RKH3 Regional Code: 00127209210 The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster plate, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed (consisting of two single beds), TV, chest of drawers, and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet; - BALCONY. OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split in the bedroom), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: - Please note that there are stairs to access the apartment. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment. Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
