We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The nearest subway station, São Bento, is just a 7-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a guest registration form in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum of €200 for the smoking fee. This lovely studio is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city centre.

The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the subway station, S. Bento, is just 7 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city! Welcome to my studio! This delightful 50² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, perfect for couples or friends seeking a memorable stay in the city.
It is a luxury building with a shared pool and stunning views of the river and Gaia.
Designed in a modern and elegant style, it provides guests with a bright and peaceful atmosphere in which to relax and unwind. The living area features a cosy Murphy bed that can be readily lowered for a comfortable night’s sleep and folded away when not in use, a TV for relaxing evenings, a dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen—perfect for cooking and socialising.
It includes all essentials such as an oven, cooking plate, coffee maker, and cookware to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The building offers a beautiful outdoor terrace with a shared heated swimming pool, where guests can relax and enjoy the sunlight.
The outdoor area is equipped with security cameras to ensure the safety of all guests. The property is always professionally cleaned. Please note that access to the accommodation is by stairs. Enjoy your stay!

This place was incredible. The view was spectacular, it was located right in the city center while still feeling tucked away and safe. Check-in took us a bit but the host was extremely responsive. I would not only stay here again, but would recommend to anyone who stays in Porto. My wife and I loved this place.

If I ever return to Porto, I will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was absolutely superb, and the accommodation is simply perfect in every way—from the views and location to the check-in and check-out process, the condition of the room, and even the living area.
