Located in El Portil, this 68 m² penthouse on the fourth floor welcomes up to 2 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with stunning sea views, a 55-inch TV, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a dedicated workspace.
Every room is fitted with ceiling fans and double glazing with thermal break for added comfort. Step out onto two private terraces—one covered and one open—both furnished with an outdoor table and chairs.
The entrance terrace and kitchen offer spectacular front sea views, while the living room and bedroom terrace overlook the beautiful flamingo lagoon.
Guests have access to the communal garden, outdoor pool, children’s pool, and outdoor showers.
The pool is open from June 15th to mid-September. The sea is just across the garden and street from the property.
Children, pets, and events are not allowed.
Only guests included in the booking may stay at the property.
