The cozy holiday home features two bedrooms, a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower.
Relax and unwind on the terrace.
A playground is located nearby for children.
As guests, you can go hiking, fishing (please obtain a permit from the city), or simply enjoy the garden. The house accommodates four to six people.
It was partially renovated in 2020, with the bathroom fully updated in 2024. All our holiday homes are equipped with mobile internet, which, according to the provider, offers a stable connection—ideal for working remotely or streaming movies and music. Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an extra charge.
You will receive the key code after booking. As a self-catering holiday home, we provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, dishwasher tab, soap, and dishwashing liquid), which is replenished after each stay.
For larger groups or longer stays, we recommend bringing extra supplies—supermarkets are about 5 km away in Bad Arolsen. All TVs in the holiday park have been switched from analog to digital, so you can enjoy better picture and sound quality. There are several parking spaces and two e-charging stations available in the holiday park. The park also features a playground, barbecue area (please note: only electric grills are allowed per park rules and are not provided by the house), tennis court, table tennis, and mini golf. In nearby Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 km), you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, doctors, pharmacies, the hospital, Bad Arolsen Castle, and the year-round "Arobella" swimming pool. Pets are welcome: up to 2 dogs allowed. A local tourist tax must be paid on site.

Nahe am Parkplatz gelegenes, gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges und sauberes Ferienhaus. Den Twistesee erreicht man nach wenigen Gehminuten. Die gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und problemloser Check in/Check out sorgten darüber hinaus dafür, dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben!

Küchenausstattung , Betten, Wohnzimmereinrichtung , Bad eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft.
Die Türen sowie die Drückergarnituren der Türen gehören getauscht oder Überarbeitet, da sie klemmen oder schlecht schließen. Unter den Sitzkissen der Couch war es sehr schmutzig. Und die Fenster gehören mal geputzt. Die Spinnenweben überall an der Decke gehören entfernt.
Toller Kurztrip in sehr schönem Haus und Umgebung!

Tolles, sehr gepflegtes und schön eingerichtetes Holzhaus mit Wohlfühlcharakter in schöner Lage. Der Ferienpark ist im Wald gelegen .
