With a surface area of 119 m², this apartment on the 9th and top floor, with elevator, can accommodate up to 6 people and features : - a magnificent 230 m² terrace with Jacuzzi, offering breathtaking panoramic views, - a summer kitchen with plancha and worktop, - an inviting living room with custom-made furniture, bathed in natural light, - a fully-equipped modern kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge), - one bedroom with king-size bed 180 cm, - two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), - three bathrooms with shower, - 2 separate WCs, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, Wifi, air conditioning, - one underground parking space.
Access to the swimming pool and Sofitel services is available at an additional cost.

Ce logement est une merveille !Depuis le gentil acceuil de faustine, tres gentille et bienveillante, jusqu a cette vue epoustouflante sur l ocean, a 180 degres, depuis toutes les pieces. Jusqu a l équipement parfait et l emplacement a courte distance a pied du centre de biarritz, du phare, belles valades.Un creve coeur de quitter cet endroit!!!!!Un bijou de location!

Conforme à l'annonce, il est très bien équipé et la literie est de qualité.
Faustine nous a très bien accueilli et a été réactive concernant toutes nos demandes.
Le jacuzzi avec le coucher de soleil a été un moment fort de notre séjour, il s'agit d'un bien exceptionnel.
Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement.
