This beautiful apartment is ideal for all types of travelers.
It is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and is perfect for visiting the heart of the city.
The main points of interest are all around the apartment, easily reachable on foot or by public transport or by car in a few minutes. The apartment, which has been renovated in 2024, has an armored door and is characterized by very high ceilings.
At its entrance there is a comfortable living area where there is a dining table with chairs, a comfortable sofa bed, full kitchen and a Smart-TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube to entertain even the little ones. The kitchen is new and has been made with light colors in perfect harmony with the wood floor; the latter is complete with everything, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and of course a complete set of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
Coffee with espresso capsule and tea are offered in order to meet your every need. It consists of two double rooms, very cozy and bright which guarantee the right privacy whether you are a group of friends or a large family. The first room, located on the ground floor, is furnished with a queen-size bed in memory foam and is equipped with air conditioning. The second bedroom, located on the upper floor, is furnished with a bed and a half and is equipped with a wardrobe with 4 doors, a chest of drawers and air conditioning.
In addition, leaving the room, there is a complete bathroom with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet. Comfortable memory foam cushions are provided. The second bathroom, located on the ground floor, has a shower box, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and free of charge you will find a 100% Made in Italy courtesy set composed of Shampoo, Body-Lotion and Body Soap. The apartment has a fenced parking space (ON REQUEST) a few steps from the apartment, a great plus for the city of Milan.
