We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest bus stop, Sto.
Isidro is just a 1-minute walk.
The nearest metro station, Marquês, is just a 9-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Spread across two stories, it combines modern convenience with a welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a double sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining area perfect for shared meals.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cookware and cutlery you need to prepare delicious dishes at home.
Upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed, each furnished with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The property also includes 1.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Every little cosy room matched the description and photos. There were only two negative points: when someone took a shower (bathroom on the first floor) water dripped down from the ceiling, which was a bit uncomfortable. The other situation was that the painting went down and we went to switch it on and found a lot of bugs ants spider webs and spiders .

Nice small house if you just need somewhere to sleep. Only problem we had was that the only hearing mechanism is a fan heater in each bedroom.

The apartment looked just like the photos. It was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The location was far enough from tourist places, so it was quite peaceful. Yet, it was close enough to walk to several Porto attractions. There’s a metro station about 3 blocks away and bus stops closer than tha...
