The penthouse is located in central Milan, between the Arco della Pace area in Parco Sempione and the Tre Torri of CityLife.
Situated on the top floor of a 9-story building, there’s an elevator up to the eighth floor and one flight of stairs to the apartment.
The 30 m² studio offers panoramic views of the Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, Arco della Pace, Torre Velasca, and the Porta Nuova skyscrapers. Recently renovated, the apartment features a spacious, bright room with a queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe, fully equipped open kitchen, table suitable as a workspace, and bookshelf.
The bathroom has a large shower.
The apartment hosts up to 2 guests, has a private balcony, and access to a shared garden area.
Amenities include TV, washing machine, washer-dryer, air conditioning, induction cooktop, and electric oven. The home has parquet flooring, so please remove your shoes before entering.
Pets, smoking, parties, and events are not allowed. The apartment offers self check-in, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a baby cot is available on request.
There is one flight of stairs not served by the elevator, but the interiors are step-free.
A tennis court and swimming pool are about a 15-minute walk away. Metro and public transport are easily accessible within minutes.
For parking, you can use street parking on blue lines (from 8:00 to 19:00 on weekdays, including Saturday) or private car parks just a few minutes away.

Great studio, with roof top patio. Freshly renovated and well located at walking distance from convention center, good restaurants, and local attractions. The hosts are very nice and helpful.
This will be my go to place next time I am in Milan.
