We are proud to present this rustic 2-bedroom townhouse located in Rs Golden Zenia, La Zenia. This property has an ideal location with aircon throughout, but still retains its rustic features, which gives it great character. Located just off the main streets, meaning that while its many amenities are within a 5-minute walk, you still have your peace and quiet. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
You enter the property into the living room and dining area, it has a cozy sofa, coffee table, TV, a dining table and chairs, and an air conditioning unit. The kitchen is just behind the living area and is equipped with all the necessary white goods needed for a family self-catering vacation, including a Fridge/freezer, Hob, oven, Toaster, etc. On this level there is also 1 of the bathrooms and a utility room. You head upstairs and this is where you find the master and the second bedroom. The master is a double bedroom with a small balcony and the second bedroom has twin single beds. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets, wardrobes, and air conditioning. The family bathroom is also located upstairs and has a toilet a bath and an overhead shower. This property also boasts a tiled garden area where you can sit and either eat a meal or relax with a drink after a long day. The communal pool is located just a short walk away, it is gated and has tiled surroundings.

Check-in is from 16.00-23.59. Please be aware that any arrivals between 10.00 am - 14.00 hrs and 21:00 pm and 23.59 pm carry an early/late check-in fee of 35€. Arrivals after 23.59 , must be advised and agreed upon with prior notice, and when available, a 50€ fee is applicable.
Check-out is by 11:00am.

The nearest amenities are all on your doorstep as in one direction you have Paddy’s Point, where you have an Irish bar, Browns Gastro Bar and Consum supermarket all within a 10 min walk in one direction and a 10 min walk the other direction you have both C.C Los Dolses and Centro Commercial Costa, here you also have an extensive choice of amenities, including Side Street café, Bassus, Avanti, McDonald's, and more. Zenia Boulevard is just a 10-minute walk away, where there are shops, bars & restaurants, a bowling alley, a casino, and a supermarket.
For beaches, la Zenia beach is a 15-minute walk away, but along this part of the coastline, you have many more to choose from all within a 10-minute drive. For the avid golfers, Campomore, Villamartin and Las Ramblas are all within a 10-minute drive with many more within a 30-minute drive as well.
For avid golfers, this part of the Costa Blanca has a great choice. Las Ramblas, Campomor and Villa Martin are all within a 15-minute drive but if you wish to go further afield in either direction you have La Finca, La Sirena, and Roda all within a 30-minute drive to name a few. For activities further afield you have Torrevieja, only a 20 min drive away, there is a lovely promenade to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both Spanish and English films, close by to a bowling alley.
We recommend a car to make the most of your stay here in the Costa Blanca. The property is close to both the N332 and the AP7 so getting to and from both Murcia and Alicante Airports.
