The house also boasts an activity room with a billiards and table tennis table, darts, and a PlayStation 4. The highlight of the property is the spacious pool room, featuring a 15 m2 indoor swimming pool, a six-person whirlpool, and a sauna.
Outdoors, a south-facing wooden deck terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture awaits, along with a trampoline, a play tower, and a sandbox for children.
The house also provides two electric car charging points.
Located close to the beach, the property is an ideal holiday destination.
The surrounding hilly landscape offers beautiful walking trails, while local farm shops and eateries provide a taste of the region.
