Magnificent duplex located in a traditional house in Saint-Véran, divided into two holiday apartments.
You benefit from absolute peace while being in the heart of the village, in its upper part, just a few steps from the ski slopes and at the edge of the alpine meadows in summer.
The apartment, spread over two levels, is accessible at ground level via an external staircase and can comfortably accommodate up to six people.
The private terrace is sunny.
The owner, a mountain and rural guide, can advise you on hiking routes in any season as well as on discovering the valley.
The apartment includes a living room with a kitchen area, television, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, a sofa bed for two people, two bedrooms upstairs (one double bed, three single beds), a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.
Heating is included.
Public parking is nearby.
The atmosphere is warm and traditional thanks to the wood, the view, and the light.
This accommodation is completely independent from the studio located just below, which is also available for rent.
All amenities are within walking distance: cafés, restaurants, newsstand, grocery store, post office, ski, hiking and e-bike rental, tourist office, and more.
Ski lessons and the start of the slopes are very close, about 4 to 5 minutes on foot from the accommodation.
Access by car: you can load or unload your car right in front of the accommodation, then park your vehicle in one of the village car parks (5 minutes on foot).
Bed linen and pillowcases, with or without towels, are available as an option on request.
End-of-stay cleaning is available in winter and summer (off-season on request), for an additional fee.
