HOUSING - A beautiful air-conditioned living room with a dining area for 6 people, a comfortable sofa and an armchair as well as a smart TV. - An independent and fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a veranda sheltered from the sun. - A first air-conditioned room with queen size bed, smart TV, dressing room and shower room. - A second air-conditioned room with queen size bed, dressing room and smart TV, as well as a magnificent sea view. - A shower room with a sink and a toilet. - For comfort, a second independent toilet is in the hallway. - And of course, double sound glazing throughout the apartment.
Located in a bourgeois building on the seafront, you will enjoy the sprays of the Mediterranean during your breakfasts on the terrace and can reach the beaches in a few minutes walk.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY Access to the property in 10 minutes from the train station by car. 35 minutes from Nice Côtes d'Azur airport.

QUARTIER Within a 5-minute drive you will find all the necessary shops, supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, fish shop, markets... 10 minutes by car or bus to the Palais des Congrès. 10 minutes by car or bus from the famous Croisette. 5 minutes walk from the beaches OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Visitor parking at the foot of the building.
Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...) The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
