We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
You'll have no trouble getting around town by car or public transport.
This apartment is within walking distance of the bus stops (Kevin Street, Stop 2311) and Dublin Airport is just a 40-minute drive away.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
If there is excessive electricity usage, (anything over €300 euros) you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).
Located in the heart of Dublin city, this two-bedroom apartment is near numerous top attractions such as Dublin Castle, St Patrick's Cathedral and many more! The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, ideal for couples or small groups who want to explore the city.
Bus stops are also within walking distance, allowing guests to explore the city easily.

Patrick's Cathedral, this apartment is within walking distance, where you can enjoy the location amenities such as malls and spas, including plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas.
This apartment is designed with open living and dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to whip up some yummy homemade meals, including a microwave.
The apartment also comes with a washing machine, should you need it.
The bedroom is a delightful space furnished with a heavenly UK king-size bed and a UK queen-sized bed in the second room, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need to freshen up.
Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

We used the flat for 2 weeks in the winter of 2024/2025. The flat was exactly as described and was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils.
