We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Quarry Drive, stop 2326, is just a 5-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This spacious 3-bedroom house in Kimmage is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The house features a terrace with a garden, a sitting area and a table where you can enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening.
The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, and a table for six.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave.
The house also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, a dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The two bedrooms have UK king-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The third bedroom is designed with a UK single bunk bed, with a desk conveniently located underneath.
All the beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
There is a separate contained apartment beside the house which is rented long term.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Enjoy your stay!

This location is very friendly, minutes from the mall, convenient for shopping, especially for our family with Chinese stomachs, we can buy our own food and cook, our kids had a great New Year here.

It's a good place to stay and it's close enough to city center. Checkin process was ok but we had to wait until 3:30pm to get the code. The communication with property manager was excellent and they were very responsive to all of my questions. This house has 2 larger bedrooms and 1 twin loft style bed that has a desk underneath. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The best part of this place was the location, easy walk to shops, pub, safe to walk around at night and a big back yard for kids
