We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Patrick's Cathedral, is just a 1-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is an 39-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Welcome! This lovely 40m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group.
The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.
There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The first bedroom is equipped with a UK double bed and the second with a UK single bed.
Both beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Enjoy your stay!

The accommodation had everything we needed for a 3 night stay, great location which meant most places were within walking distance. Needs a bit of TLC, especially the staircase up to the apartment. Apart from that it was comfortable the beds were great.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend in Dublin. The apartment is in a great spot close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend the pub up the road called The Liberty Bell for the best pint of Guinness we had on the trip. I also recommend the cafe below the apartment- Two Pups for a good brunch / brea...
