We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, València Cabanyal, is just a 5-minutes walk. The Valencia airport is a 25-minute drive from the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Modern three-bedroom apartment, ideal for families or friends.

This charming 66 m² apartment is ideally located near the beach and within walking distance of many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse cuisine. The bright and cozy living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a TV to enjoy your favorite shows, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential utensils and cookware.
For your convenience, a washing machine is also available. The apartment has two welcoming bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, small desk, and air conditioning to ensure your comfort.
There is also an additional room with a single bed, also equipped with air conditioning.
All beds are made with fresh linens. The bathroom comes with clean towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh and feel at home. For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. Please note: the apartment is located on the third floor and is only accessible by stairs; there is no elevator. Enjoy your stay! Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay.
After confirming your reservation, you will receive a contract to sign.
Without a signed agreement, the booking will be canceled without a refund.
