Cocoonr offers this 67 m² flat for rent in Fréjus, 150 m from Les Sablettes beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor with lift, it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath).
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The cleaning fee includes end-of-stay cleaning and household linen (sheets and towels).
The accommodation comprises - A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa (not convertible), dining area and fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bedroom 1: double sofa bed, cot - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - An 8 m² east-facing balcony with furniture to make the most of sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Fréjus, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
