La Siesta in Torre del Lago ( Viareggio ) is the house for you if you want to spend your holidays in tranquillity, in a quiet area, but still close to the beaches of Versilia! The house is very cosy and was finished with furniture in spring 2025. There is air conditioning in the property.

The house has a large car park where you can put up to 2 cars, once you enter the house you will be faced with a wide corridor, which connects you to all the rooms of the house, On the left is the ‘Night’ area with the 2 bedrooms, the first has a double bed, wardrobe, and 2 bedside tables. The second bedroom, on the other hand, has two French beds ( 1 and a half squares ), wardrobe and 2 bedside tables.

On the right hand side of the corridor we find the living room, in which there are 2 sofas with 3 seats each ( one of them is a sofa bed ), and a beautiful 70 inch Smart TV. The next room on the right is the kitchen, complete with everything you need ( Gas Stove, Electric Oven, Dishwasher, Toaster ( 2 different types ), Microwave, Electric Kettle, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, Mixer Immersion Blender, Moka Coffee Machine, Smart TV ). From the kitchen you also have access to the back of the house where there is a gazebo with a table for 6 people, which will allow you to have lunch or dinner in the open air, a small outdoor sitting area with a small table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a large parasol. If you like to grill there is also a barbecue, and if you wish to cool off while you are in the garden sunbathing, there is a special outdoor shower.

The bathroom in the house is equipped with : Washbasin, Bidet, WC and Shower Box. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

La Siesta is located at about 3.5 Km from the sea of Torre del Lago, reachable in about 10 Minutes by car, while by Bike ( you can cut through the pinewood of Torre del Lago ) the time taken is the same. The beaches of Viareggio are about 6 km away and can be reached in 15 minutes by car, while the beaches of Pietrasanta are about 12 km away and can be reached in 18 minutes by car, and the famous Forte dei Marmi is 20 km away (about 25 minutes by car on the highway).

If, on the other hand, you intend to use the house La Siesta as a support point, not only to go to the seaside, but also as a base for excursions in Tuscany and its surroundings: The beautiful Lucca is about 25 minutes by car ( 28 KM ) ; Pistoia is about 40 Minutes by car ( 60 KM ) ; The most famous city of Art in the World, Florence, is 1 Hour and 20 Minutes away from the house ( about 115 KM ).

If you would like to go to the Cinque Terre ( in the province of La Spezia ), they are 100 Km away and it takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there, even if the recommended way to visit them is by train, taking a shuttle bus from the station that will take you to all the localities in the area, starting from the nearest station ( Viareggio Station ) the time taken varies from 1 hour and a half to 2 hours.
