Spanning three floors, it boasts breathtaking views of the harbour and even Doc Martin's surgery from the top-floor bedroom.
The open-plan living/ kitchen area features a woodburner, perfect for cosy evenings, while the stable door welcomes refreshing sea breezes on warm summer days, a dining table with four chairs, an electric oven and hob, and a fridge with an ice box.
Stairs lead to the first floor.
The main bathroom has a small bath with a shower attachment, a WC, and a basin.
The first bedroom has a double bed and a compact en-suite wet room with a shower, WC, and basin.
The second bedroom contains twin beds, a TV, a DVD player, a sofa, and offers sea views.
A utility room is accessed from the front of the cottage, the utility room houses a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a basin.
The cottage is equipped with a wood burner, ground floor underfloor heating, and electric heating.
Please note that access to the cottage is narrow and steep at times, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
The cottage is accessible only by foot and comes with no parking. WiFi is available, and one dog is welcome.
